For those of you who haven’t experienced a Crown wine and spirits tasting, now is the time to check one out as they will be hosting complimentary food and wine tastings this weekend at 4 of their locations. Wines to be sampled include Beaujolias Nouveau from:

Mommessin
Joseph Drouhin
Bouchard, a Beaujolia-Villages Nouveau from Georges Duboeuf
and NuVo – while not a Beujolias, it’s a unique sparkling liqeueur.

The events will take place from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, and some wine-friendly meats and cheeses will be served alongside the wines. Please see the schedule below.

Were you one of the lucky ones to score tickets to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show at the Fountainebleau this past weekend? This annual holiday lingerie extravaganza made its way to Miami Beach this past weekend as part of Fountainebleau’s star-studded grand re-opening. Usher kicked off the show, and he was soon joined by 35 supermodels decked out with their Angel wings including the much loved Heidi Klum. If you failed to get tickets to this show, don’t worry as it will air on CBS on December 3rd at 10:00 pm.

Back in July, I blogged about the Morikami Museum in Delray Beach. This art and culture center is a great place to escape to the serene outdoors, to take part in the tea ceremonies and to enjoy the current exhibits. They also host some fabulous events including one that is taking place this weekend, called Sushi and Sail with Taishi.

Last year, I published an article titled “Unique Dining Experiences Around the World.” The article focused on Ithaa Underwater Restaurant located in the Maldives, Dinner in the Sky based in Belgium, and a few other once in a lifetime dining experiences. And you knew there was a reason you voted. Well, yes there are many reasons, but now you can add another one to the list. Starbucks is offering a free tall-sized brewed coffee to anyone that votes on Tuesday. How will they know? In most cases, they will just take your word. I’m all about game shows. Give me some Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy and I’m set for hours. That’s why I was excited to hear about Love Life Sundays at The Standard in Miami Beach.
