If I&#8217;m not mistaken, Bar 12 21 offers their &#8220;bar bites&#8221; from 5:00 &#8211; 6:30 and from 8:30 &#8211; 10:00 pm. During this time, guests can purchase select appetizers for only $5. These aren&#8217;t tiny appetizers either.
