Downtown Coral Gables launches its 1st ever Restaurant Week
Miami has Miami Spice, Fort Lauderdale has Dine Out Lauderdale and now, Coral Gables has announced its first ever Coral Gables Restaurant Week (and I’ve heard there will be one in Palm Beach County called Flavor Palm Beach.) As restaurants struggle during the off-season, the Business Improvement District (BID) of Coral Gables has caught on to the growing trend of prix fixe discounted menus offered to the locals, and non-locals during the summer months.
Coral Gables Restaurant Week will take place from June 2nd through June 8th and it will bring together some of the top names on Miracle Mile and the downtown district. Participating restaurants include Cacao, Caffe Abracci, Artfish on the Mile, Benihana, California Pizza Kitchen, Caramelo, Fleming’s, La Cofradia, Ortanique on the Mile, Por Fin, Sushi Maki and Tarpon Bend. These restaurants have created menus that are sure to please your palate, and they offer a combination of customers’ favorites and new creations.
