It&#8217;s almost exciting. Well, not really, but still I was happy to see that prices have dipped below $4.00.  Does that mean that we can go back to driving normally? Does that mean SUV&#8217;s will have a  chance again to make it off the lot?  The AAA claims that gas might drop another 25 cents a gallon by the time Labor Day comes around.
